It can affect the social side of your health triangle because you might not be paying attention to your friends or family because you are distracted by it. It can affect the emotional side of your health triangle because you are worried about whether or not they are lying to you about wanting to be your friend so you are sad or worried instead of happy. It can affect your physical health because if you are chatting online instead of exercising it increases your chances of getting really fat and lazy and out of shape. It can also affect your social health because if you start to prefer only chatting online you might start to lose real life friends. It can also affect your mental health because if your chatting with someone online it’s hard to show how you feel or what you mean in real life with just emojis and words and it could make you sad or frustrated if someone takes something the wrong way online. Lastly it could affect your physical, emotional and social health if you stay up too late online. Physical because you won’t have as much energy, social because you’ll be grumpy and nobody wants to talk to a grumpy person, and emotional because you might be sad that you lost your friends because of your attitude, or you might be mad at yourself for staying up late.
